Liyuan Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology is a budget management unit of the National Health Commission and an affiliated comprehensive teaching hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It was completed and opened on July 1, 1981. It is the only "geriatric hospital" licensed in Hubei Province.
